WHAT TO DO IF THEY GET COLD.
DO NOT HEAT THEM UP QUICKLY. First get moving, jog on the spot , run up the stairs, rub them gently to encourage the blood into the foot, the important thing is to warm them slowly. Do Not put them in front of the fire or on a hot radiator, hot water bottle or in hot water this will cause the blood to flow to quickly into the capillaries which can lead to Chilblains which are is a red and inflamed condition of the toes or skin.
